5. Digital Goods and Offerings — All Sales Final
Truth Serums are digital tokens delivered instantly to a guest sigil, and each Somnambulist’s Key (SOMN- Dream Key) unlocks exactly one Dream Ledger reading. The Ethereal Grimoire Folios are downloadable files (GoodNotes PDF, A4 printable PDF and high-res images) for the purchaser’s personal use only; they may not be resold, shared, redistributed or used commercially, and the artwork remains the property of the House. Download links are shown once after payment, so save the files right away. All purchases and House offerings are final and non-refundable. Unused or partially spent serums and unredeemed or redeemed Dream Keys cannot be exchanged for cash or partially reimbursed. Guests are solely responsible for keeping their MGHO- sigil and SOMN- key safe; the House never stores them in readable form and cannot recover a lost code. If a reading fails for a technical reason, the Dream Key is released and can be used again. If a payment completes but no code or download was delivered because of a verified technical failure, contact the House with your Stripe receipt and it will be reissued.
6. Physical Goods, Decks and Pre-Orders — All Sales Final
Tarot decks, prints and other curiosities are produced on demand or in limited batches. All sales and pre-orders are final; returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind are not accepted. If an item arrives damaged in transit or with a severe manufacturing defect, contact the House within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging; once verified, a replacement will be issued. For pre-order runs that require a minimum print quantity, your order reserves a place in the batch; if the minimum is not reached by the stated deadline, those pre-orders are cancelled and refunded in full.
