Privacy Policy
Mexican Gypsy's House of Oddities keeps as little about you as possible.
1. No Accounts Required
Guests explore the House without creating an account. We do not ask for your name, email or password to browse, draw cards or receive a reading.
2. Readings and Dreams Are Not Kept
Questions you ask, dreams and reflections you write in the Dream Ledger, the interpretations you receive and any etching created for you are processed only in the moment to create your reading and are never saved to our records. Interpretations and etchings are generated with an AI service that receives only the cards drawn or the dream you submit, for that moment. Your PDF keepsake is made on your own device.
3. Truth Serum Sigils and Dream Keys
Your MGHO- sigil is created in your own browser and shown to you once. SOMN- Dream Keys work the same way and unlock one dream each. We store only a scrambled fingerprint of each code with its balance or use status — never your name, dreams or readings — so we cannot see or recover the code itself. Keep it safe — a lost code cannot be restored.
4. Payments
Purchases and offerings are processed by Stripe. Your card and billing details go directly to Stripe and never reach the House. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the information you give them.
5. Wishlist, Echoes and Messages
If you add items to the Reliquary wishlist or leave an echo for the House, we keep only what you choose to send, to understand guest interest and read your message. It is not sold or shared.
6. Your Browser's Memory
Your browser remembers your language choice and that you read the House Disclaimer. We do not use advertising trackers or sell any information.
7. Embedded Media
The Phantom Gramophone and Scrying Screen play videos from YouTube, which may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy when you press play.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated as the House grows. The date below shows the latest version.
